What we collect

• Our contact form asks for your name, title, institution and work email, which AdiHub modules interest you, and your question.
• If you choose, the form also takes a mobile phone number and whether you agreed to receive text messages from us, with the date and time you agreed.
• Today, sending the form opens a pre-filled email in your own mail program. Nothing is sent until you send that email. If you reached this site through a link with campaign tags, the email also names that campaign, the first page you opened and the site you came from, so you can see it before you send.
• This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, to deliver pages.

How we use it and how long we keep it

• We use what you send only to respond to you and to follow up on your request.
• A form submission is kept for up to 12 months, unless it leads to an ongoing conversation, in which case its details move into our record of that conversation. Spam is deleted within 30 days.
• Email you send us is kept as correspondence.
• We use AI tools from Anthropic to sort and summarise email and form messages sent to us.
• We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers listed in our Trust Center, and only so they can provide their service to us.

Text messages

• We text you only if you check the text-message box on our contact form. Checking it is optional and never required to contact us or to buy anything.
• Our texts come from (888) 884-2198 and are about your inquiry only: replies, scheduling and meeting reminders. We don't send marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email us.
• We don't sell mobile phone numbers, and we don't share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
• Twilio sends and receives our text messages for us, as a service provider.

Invitations

• When AdiHub launches, we may invite people at colleges and universities to see a sample of our public benchmarks, by email to the work address their institution publishes. Brevo sends these emails for us.
• Every invitation has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor it before any later invitation.
• Invitations carry no tracking pixels. Each has its own link, so we can tell whether it was used.
